DAY 1: DA NANG ARRIVAL – LEISURE TIME – SEAFOOD DINNER

Upon arrival at Da Nang International Airport, meet your driver and guide and enjoy a comfortable transfer to your hotel, beginning your Central Vietnam journey at a relaxed pace.

AFTERNOON
The afternoon is yours to unwind and settle into the coastal atmosphere of Da Nang. Take some time to relax, enjoy a local café, or stroll along My Khe Beach at your own pace.

EVENING
Gather with the group for a warm welcome dinner at a local restaurant, featuring fresh seafood and local flavors—a delicious introduction to the culinary spirit of Central Vietnam.

DAY 2: DA NANG – HUE – CLAY-POT LUNCH – TAM GIANG LAGOON SUNSET

MORNING
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, followed by a leisurely morning before checking out. Then, journey from Da Nang to Hue along a scenic route, gradually transitioning from the vibrant coastal city to the tranquil landscapes of Central Vietnam.

LUNCH
Savor a traditional clay-pot rice lunch, featuring authentic Central Vietnamese specialties and local flavors.

3:00 PM

Discover the serene beauty of Ru Cha Mangrove Forest, a lush natural sanctuary where winding paths lead beneath a canopy of vibrant green foliage. Take a leisurely stroll through this tranquil ecosystem and immerse yourself in the peaceful rhythm of Hue’s countryside.

Continue to Tam Giang Lagoon, one of Central Vietnam’s most remarkable wetland landscapes. Step aboard a traditional local boat and experience the lagoon from a different perspective, while discovering the time-honored way of life of local fishing communities. Take part in hands-on activities such as “Do No” fishing, paddleboarding, or “Dap Tria” shellfish catching, offering an authentic glimpse into the daily lives and traditions of the people who call the lagoon home.

As the afternoon unfolds, slow down and take in the breathtaking sunset over Tam Giang Lagoon. Watch the sky transform into warm hues as the fading light reflects across the tranquil waters—a beautiful and unforgettable moment to end your day in Hue.

EVENING
Enjoy a delicious local lagoon dinner before returning to your hotel in Hue at approximately 19:30.

DAY 3: HUE IMPERIAL HERITAGE – DRAGON BOAT & CITADEL

MORNING

Begin your day with a serene Dragon Boat cruise along the Perfume River, gliding gently through the heart of Hue as the city slowly awakens. Take in the tranquil waters, lush riverbanks, and timeless scenery that have inspired generations of poets and artists.

Continue to the iconic Thien Mu Pagoda, one of Hue’s most enduring spiritual landmarks, first built in 1601. Set against the banks of the Perfume River, the pagoda offers a peaceful glimpse into the city’s rich religious and cultural heritage.

The journey then leads to the magnificent Imperial Citadel and Purple Forbidden City, the former heart of the Nguyen Dynasty. Wander through grand courtyards, ornate gates, ancient palaces, and remnants of the royal complex, where centuries of imperial history, architecture, and courtly traditions come together to reveal the timeless elegance of Hue’s royal past.

LUNCH
Enjoy an authentic Hue-style lunch at a local restaurant, featuring traditional regional specialties and flavors unique to the former imperial capital.

AFTERNOON
Take some well-deserved free time to explore Hue at your own pace—relax, wander through the city, or simply soak up its timeless atmosphere.

EVENING
For an immersive culinary experience, join an optional cooking class (USD 50/pax). Visit a local market, prepare dishes alongside a local chef, and enjoy your own creations for dinner. Guests who do not join the cooking class will dine at a local restaurant.

DAY 4: HUE – CENTRAL HERITAGE TRAIN – HAI VAN PASS – DA NANG DEPARTURE

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before checking out. Transfer to Hue Railway Station and get ready for a memorable final journey through the landscapes of Central Vietnam.

Board the Hue–Da Nang Heritage Train and embark on a captivating railway journey through some of Central Vietnam’s most breathtaking landscapes. Settle comfortably by the window and watch the scenery unfold before you—from the crystal-clear waters of Lang Co Bay, to the tranquil beauty of Lap An Lagoon, and the winding mountain roads of the majestic Hai Van Pass.

More than simply a journey between two cities, the Heritage Train offers a chance to slow down and appreciate the beauty of the region at a gentler pace. Watch as sea, mountains, forests, and peaceful rural landscapes pass by your window, each revealing a different facet of Central Vietnam.

DEPARTURE
Upon arrival at Da Nang Railway Station, meet your driver and guide for a comfortable transfer to Da Nang International Airport or your onward destination, marking the end of your Central Vietnam journey.

At the end of the program, the guide, on behalf of the company, wishes the group good health and safety.

Note: The itinerary may be adjusted or rearranged to suit timing, but all destinations will still be included.
